It will affect only the ships added by RSRDC, as in they'll keep stock game sinking behavior. Also, if you find sinking ships too easy with this mod, delete the US_Torpedoes.zon file from the mod's Data\Library folder. Goes without saying that you'll have to disable the mod first, then delete the file, then enable the mod again
