if you get a radio message giving lat long for a enemy ship then it is accurate information....(even if perhaps they didn't in reality get much radio traffic during WW1) in terms of the game it self the radio message is accurate..
depending on how the message is scripted of course ..but even the stock few missions with radio messages are accurate AFAIK
