You should ask for fixes in a patch only if it happens with NO mods installed. If you change your game, then ask for fixes from the creators of the mods.

When you buy a car and change the hell out of it until there is nothing left from the original, you don't go to the manufacturer to fix the problems you have caused. And with a declared intention to rant.
