Like everything else that doesn't quite work, this yet another hereditary issue from SH3. This is not a roll of the boat; sometimes the bridge view gets "stuck" at this angle. Seems like I recall there was a way to fix it (or avoid it) - maybe it was related to using the external view? or the numberpad DEL function? - but maybe that's just my imagination. Can anybody recall it and refresh my memory? Thanks.
Never ceases to amaze me that the patches never fix stuff like this and yet we keep getting fed more eye candy in add-ons while the basics are still wanting.
