that base on the tactic you use. normally, I like to set it at 45KTs, when it find target, well, it run at its godspeed. as we all know that when a torpedo run at more than 60KTs in the game, its speed is variable, faster or slower than its top speed suppose to be. so I write a doctrine for Spearfish base the MK48, make it act more realistically and steady.
actually, if Astute is as quiet as it said to be, Tigerfish is enough to do the job
It's said that the top speed of Spearfish is 70KTs, game's figure is 65KTs,the fastest heavy torpedo in the game
