Check your SHIII/data/Interior/NSS_UBoat7 folder.
NSS_UBoat7_RR.dat must be
0KB or
deleted. Regarding the commands, as Paajtor said, it depends on the camera mode you use. In "Free Cam - Mode" (SHIFT+F2) itīs not possible to pick any object or crew member. You have to use the common keys to go to the radio room to be able to command your crew in position. IIRC itīs F9.
