I had the same problem. But after i downloaded u-boat mod 1.1
http://www.freepowerboards.com/jcwol...f-about70.html the problem was gone. Seems like u-boat mod has open hatch included but i had to delite submarine folder othervise the game crashed before i got in the main menu.
