in 1940 is not necessary, but it could be very challenge in 1944-45 and have another happy times late in the war. also the seas in this years are very dangerous for a boat. you have to recharge with snorkel, set intercept courses with a limited underwater speed and deal with hedgehogs.
i´m in 1942 but i have plans to get it early in 1944.
