Yeah, seems that way. One PC does it and the other does not. Looks like a compatibility issue with Radeon cards as any current card can generate this effect quite easily. |
Yeah, makes me wonder if it's a driver version issue as well. ATI's last 2 or 3 driver sets weren't too friendly with AGP versions of cards, especially the x1950 series.
