As already stated, do try the Lite Harbour Traffic modlet which comes with GWX.

Maybe it's just my machine or something, but I found WAC to be way worse than GWX in terms of frame rates and such... so I'd say if you can't run GWX, you probably can't run WAC either.

If you want to run SB's camera mod with my GUI, Jhereg has made a version of SB's camera mod which is compatible with it. A quick search on the mods forum should find it for you
