I decided to go ahead and post v1.1.1 which is stable for me. If anyone has stability issues with it... you know where to find me

New in this version:

Added the Flaggen chart to the Observation scope.
In the stock version of the mod, the recognition manual functioned but looked ugly - this has been fixed.
In the stock version of the mod, players using German text could see the names of unidentified ships in the periscope - this has been fixed.
A potentially CTD-causing problem found in v1.1.0 has been fixed.
Added some polish in miscellaneous places
