The combined XXXxxx.dat files are from one of the 3 XXI Racerboy's reworked release by Lutzow. I've imported my textures to the NSS_Uboat21.dat and GUNS_SUB.dat.
Here is Lutzow's 3XXIskinsReworked Readme reguarding the details of the mod fixes.
Here are three skins reworked by Racerboy for GWX.
They are reworked for my request.
Before reworking there was no visible emblem on turm,
no visible water reflections and the radio loop-antenna was
hidden. Now, after repacking DAT files by Racerboy all
three elements are visible.
