Since you mention OLC's mod you must have GWX, then this one would might be an idea:

This one is probably what you have in mind if you don't want GWX. (actually the GWX version above is based on this one I think) However the rapidshare link is dead and I can't seem to download it from ubrsdlc.realsimulation.com either anymore (this one should be it:
