Ducimus, I fixed that already and the missing Chrono at HiRes.
I created a fix with or without betterscopes1.3 here is the linkage

The only thing that is a little wonky is the grab area does not exactly match the chart area, but I just use that to throw it off screen when not in use. If you can fix that please do.
