SH3 runs very well on my laptop with onboard video, rather than a dedicated card (Hewlett Packard Pavillion), mind you, that is geared toward use as an entertainment laptop, it having 2 gigs of RAM. No chance with SH4 as it hasn't got Pixel Shader 2.0 support.
