Yep - totally what I mean. I have yet to meet a rich person that doesn't claim they are broke, and I see tons of poor people who pretend to be rich, driving fancy cars and other expensive items they can't afford.

Rich is a word that changes its meaning from view point to view point. For instance, when Hilary says that she wants to tax only the rich, she really means everybody!
What is so wrong with buying a nice car while living in a crappy home anyway? I for one would rather live in a small shack and have my dream car than live in a mansion with only a bicycle. I'm a car guy though so hey, to each their own.
