I messed with that last night also. I liked 1280x1024 but caused a little bit of distortion/bolded on the text on the nav map so I switched back to 1024x768.

I run the same full screen settings....1024x768 and it looks very smooth
course im running the setup in advanced for SHIII...and crank it up a bit
