Frankly, I support their initiative. The Bush Administration has been more than lax in seeking a co-operative role in curbing "green house emissions"... Why? Simply because of the Bush Admins "business at all costs" philosophy. These guys would sell their mothers ashes if there's a profit in it...
C'mon, the Fed can't even cope the issue of a few million illegal aliens... let alone 'green house emissions'. I say, let the states legislate and regulate themselves if the Fed is going to drag it's heels...
