States suing the federal gov. Unbelievable. There is no cooperation anymore. Simply take it to court. Don't ask questions, don't pass go and collect $200.
If I were the feds, I cut federal funding to these states so dramatically, they would never try this again. Hopefully they take some drastic action in that regard.
