Common sense indeed.

But as long as somebody can save some money from giving a job to an illegal who must not be payed in taxes and social insurances, it will remain to be a declaration that oh so many will not follow, for it saves them money not to do so. Also, many will oppose it when for the first time experiencing some service being shut down, some job that is being taken for granted to be fulfilled will no longer be done - becasue all the illegals all of a sudden are no longer there.

Same situation in Europe. And for the reasons I gave, same zero chance over here that it would be pushed through.

And don'T get me started on call centres. They are a complete waste. Had to deal with maybe half a dozen of them over the years - each time a total, complete 100% failure, each time ending with much anger. They are no service at all - they are a deception from that fact that the service is no longer there. I now have the habit that if I have a porblem with telephone or internet, I do not call their call centres, but cancel the treaty and sign with the next company. Until there is a problem, of course.
