I'll stick my neck out
and say thet you've added a mod that changes the conning tower dat files. Maybe a skin, or twisty persicope mod.....things like that.
First, disable any mod that is not included in the GWX Basic installation and then test to see if you have that same problem. Then add the other mods, one at a time, to find the culprit.
