So, in essence, this can merge mods that all use the ini, without needing to hand edit the file.

I have yet to try it, but I guess the proper line changes neded to be setup before hand and inserted for the app to use (like the mini chrono example above)?

Awesome tool, Jimimadrid.

But I sent him a message saying it worked well and that he should release it to the public for use as it can help a lot of people out that are uncomfortable with doing manual changes.
