It's FLB Sale U-999s mod. All you need to do after download is copy all files from data/manu/gui/layout to your sh3 directory and then edit your menu_1024_768.ini and dials.cfg with FLB Sales instruction (see readme). It's easy (if i can do it then everyone can

PS: If you dont want big dials in F6 map then dont add section marked with G3B. Add only G26 (attack periscope), and G28 (UZO).
