As a fan of Final Fantasy, I found the KOTORs to be my favorite ones. A very close second place holder is the Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy A.K.A. Jedi Knight 3 (or 2, cant remember).

I still find #3 the best. #4 forced you to use 3rd person perspective when using the light sabre.

That would have made it so much better. It was fun though - the massive light sabre battles. That was as prevelent in #3.
