A little off topic but there is a GREAT book written by the Bismarck's 4th Gunnery Officer, Burkard Baron von Mullenheim-Rechberg, called : Battleship Bismarck, A Survivors Story. He was the highest ranking officer of the ship to survive Bismarck's last battle.

A first hand account of the Bismarck's short but famous career from start to finish with lots of cool, quality photos of the interior of the ship...even a shot of the Bismarck's crew painting on the camo pattern you've used on your sub skin!

A must read if you haven't already.
