There's actually two identical Main.cfg files.
One in C:\'My documents' as he said, but the same exact file is in the SH4\Data\Cfg folder.
I'm not sure if you have to edit both, but they are identical. I would change both. I changed mine to 1x upon enemy contact. Remember to save it before you exit.
