You need to install the JSGME program, which is not part of Trigger Maru, first, BEFORE you install the TMARU mod....

You can get JSGME from here (it's free): http://www.users.on.net/~jscones/software/products.html

Once you have JSGME installed, many of the other mods available in the forum can be easily installed and uninstalled...
