We have about 15 Polish workers and only a couple of them have decent english. That's no big problem with migrant workers who only stay for a few months.

It could be a problem with long term migrants. It depends on weather they are forced
into low wage work and poverty.
There are some city areas that contain foreign cultures that are good and some that are
in a terrible state.
