Make sure you click on the torp speed dial...if changing from a t1 (44knt) to a t2 (30knts) the solution for the slow torp will be for 44knts and will miss also to the rear.
Basically there is a bug...everytime you change torp tubes click on the torp speed dial to fix...I do and it works everytime.
