You will meet Dutch shipping in allied convoys
The Danish warship fleet IIRC was all in port till the Germans tried to grab it mid war where upon most of it was scuttled
Not sure about Danish mercs
I suppose they headed for other ports as other countries shipping did when war broke out in their own country
I expect there are a few entries for Danish shipping in convoys
