The Dutch surrendered after 5 days after the Luftwaffe bombed Rotterdam on the 4th day. The German threat to also bomb other cities and the fact that the Dutch army was mostly beaten anyway, made the Dutch to decide to surrender on the 5th day.
And btw, I haven't sunk a Dutch or Danish ship so far.
