Well if you havnt got Photoshop cs then its up to forum people who want to do it for you . Basically i would envisage you putting in a request to update your flags at the end of a patrol . For example i could photoshop the extra flags onto your subs skin and send it back to you via rapidshare for you too apply via JSGME . I could be wrong .

1. http://www.battleflags.net/ and click the Download a Boat link
2. Select a Boat Class
3. Choose your boat and Right click on the zip file
4. Extract to a temp location
5. Copy and Paste into your SH4\Mods Folder
6. Drag over via JSGME
*note: you can only use one 'Kill Flags' boat class at a time via JSGME -otherwise the texture will overwrite
