It's made with a combination of Wings Over Vietnam with some Yankee Air Pirate add on stuff, the soldiers are done with 'The Movies' (although I did consider using Vietcong, so that was a good guess). Some bits are just animated with various programs such as Moho and Photoshop - like the bullet holes and canopy coming off the F-105 and the ejection seat stuff. Other bits for it (not seen in that clip) are made with FSX - that's when the Hueys come in, can't have a Nam film without Hueys
The sounds are mostly all me, for example, the sound of the bullets hitting the F-105 is actually me hitting an empty beer can with the hammer from a Bohdrum! and the ejection handle noise is a recording of a latch in my house messed about with in Goldwave.
