I'm not so sure about that either, they did publish 688, and Sub Command after all and this (although really not my cup of tea) looks pretty much like a true simulator to me

I'm only busting on EA because of what they did with NASCAR when they bought the rights, putting Papyrus out of business. Papyrus had a simulation. EA purchased the rights from NASCAR, putting Papyrus out of business, even preventing them from continuing to sell their program. Then EA proceeded to produce an arcade game with soap opera fluff to make it "more exciting." Here we are four years later and the Papyrus sim is still vastly superior. Just ask Denny Hamlin.
