I buffed a electrical panel in the forward engine room down to the bare metal for repaint to the original coat....there were 7 layers of different paint. Just like the Navy, if it not bolted down, throw it out. If it is bolted down, paint it! So yeah, gray and brass colors around the guages would be awesome.
