I can confirm this . I used to substitute teach in Woodburn, Oregon. The town is 30 min south of Portland and is a farming community. Woodburn and the surrounding area are roughly 60% hispanic, 10% Russian, the rest: everybody else. The high-school is very interesting, you don't hear English in the hallways! I subbed for a computer class one day, and those hispanic kids were all looking at "brown power" sites, such as La Raza.( The Mexican version of the Klan) They have classes, such as math, taught in Spanish only. A good portion of the hispanic student body are illegal Mexicans, (migrant farmers). The democrats won't do anything about it, because they are more interested in getting them registered to vote . The Republicans are too weak-kneed here to fight them.
