SH4 is just a game and whereas I dont like buying bugged software myself it is pretty much standard for any piece of complex software these days.
I cant see how demanding they are fixed by threatening force is going to encourage Ubisoft in producing another patch.
Far better to just not buy their next game if you feel that strongly, as is the likely action I will be taking if at least the game's CTDs are not fixed.

If you are experiencing a lot of CTD's I can't see any reference to them in any of your posts since April. There are some possibilitites from a game perspective (most of which have been fixed through patches or mods), but since 1.03
most are likely hardware/driver related. If you want to start a new thread about your problems there are any number of people here who would be happy to help.
