All right, I have put up the cleaned .ini file on my FF page http://hosted.filefront.com/TheJhereg

If you do not want Betterscopes 1.3 use the No Betterscopes file.

These are not JSGME ready just copy over the current .ini file in your SH4.

Sorry about the winding road folks this is the first time I have ever fixed anything LOL!
