As mentioned by JCC, screenshots should be in your main SH4 directory
( "C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 4 Wolves of the Pacific\" ) they show up as .bmps'.
Just saw this regarding Vista, it has to do with SH3, but is similar:
