LOL, this problem was caused by me and it's really stupid.
When I take screenshots I put them into another folder and I must have copied the .dll files into my screenshots folder one day.

SO when I wanted to start the game these files were missing. The I took a look at my screenshots folder and there they were. Pretty embarissing.:rotfl:
