Well, look at it this way.
If you download GWX now and it works well enough to be playable - BONUS!
If you download GWX now and it's not playable, you have the files for when you're ready. - BONUS!
If your system can play SH3 1.4b, it can play GWX 1.03. It was made that way. I only suggest you try the Light Harbour traffic.
GWX 1.04 (the latest update that being developed)
WILL require SH3 Recommeded specs.
