Which conning tower is giving you the trouble? I can send you a UV Map showing the location of the hatch texture location.
IIRC, the IXB/1 tower is skinned from the Hull.tga but the IXB/2 tower is skinned from the turm_9c.tga. Don't forget the IXB & IXC share the textures. Either way, I have managed to skin them in the past, so let me know.
