Thanks for all the great advice. I never save submerged and so I know it is not that. I will try your suggestions this evening when I get home and hopefully keep my current patrol

Update: I arrived home and tried the recommendation that I run SH3 Weather before restarting SH3 Commander. It worked a treat. Thanks guys.
