No problem at all.
The default setting is English voices/text as set by SH31.4b. GWX could set this as the default as part of the installation process but during it's creation it was decided to keep everything as close as possible to the original setup so that new players would not feel out of their depth.
I can't tell you the amount of times I have started a new career with a new installation only to find my German Crew are shouting at me with American accents.
Sure enough, exit patrol, scrap career & start again.:rotfl:
