YES! 
This looks very good. I see no problem with the placement of the flagpoles, as individual u-boats could very well have jury-rigged poles in these positions ( would be nice if someone could find a photo to support this, but no matter ).
Pennants work fine on x key .... how will this work on subs with snorkel?
Will be nice when you get the pennants to flutter in a breeze; but for now, coming along fine!
