Firstly, those are not my ogg files. I'm not sure which mod you are referring to, but it is best to ask for help in the mod's actual thread which you can find in the list. This is simply a list of available mods, I don't actually own any of them nor did I make any of them (save one anyway).
Please message the mod's creator or post in the relevant thread for assistance, not here as I'm trying to keep it relatively clean of clutter. Thank you. Sorry I can't help with your problem but I'm sure the mod creator would be more then happy to assist you.
