The massive immigration of Russian and FSU members in the 80's and 90's consisted of some 35% to 65% non-Jews, depending on what you base your statistics on. These families mainly came for potentially economic reasons. We're talking about 100's of 1000's of people like this.

It's not difficult to find anti-semites in such a big slice of Russian, Ukrainian, Lithuainian, etc., natives. They stick to each other here. When concentrated enough in one neighborhood/suburb, their children would make up the vast majority of the area public school. Even when distributed throughout large areas, they have their own clubs, gangs, etc.

We knew this was happening when numerous Russian acquaintences we knew all began saying that most of the new Russians they're seeing at work, on the bus and at school were definitely not Jewish at all.
