Ah interesting, ive seen such things again with stock sh4 and 1.3 patch. its like since i uninstalled and reinstalled everything has gone belly up!
yet there is no remaining files regarding sh4 in directories no mods lurking no reg stuff as ive cleared it all out.. crazy this.. still one day im sure ill sort it out..

p.s btw shiplord the drivers for bioshock were 163.44 beta.. im back on 162.22 cleaned with driver cleaner pro etc..its prob a complete mess with the drivers somewhere id gather. nvidia really need to get something right for once lol
