It's me again.. I'm a slightly cofused about promoting members of the crew. Promotion - it's easy 'cause computer indicates who should receive it. When it comes to medals, well I don't know who and why should I give the nobilitation. How you deal with it? Is it important or not so much. Second thing. What abilities should have members of for instance Conning Tower or Control Room. Torpedo Room is quite obvious - they need to have "guns" ability at as highest as possible level (as I recon).
