This happened to me once before except i could not dive in time
.
I ordered flank speed and crash dive but they hit my conning tower and ended my ONLY succsesful career.
Im not sure what causes this but it is really annoying.

Edit: re-read the post yes I have had that alot lately my sub says I have MK 18's but they are infact MK 27's anybody who can fix this please help
